Chapter 47 Summary

John sees that Jill is sitting on the patio. He walks out onto the patio and sits in a chair beside her. Jill asks him if he took the videotape, and he tells her that he wants her to give it to him. She asks him if she has a choice, and he says no. Jill tells him that he can have it. Then, she tells John he is very clever for figuring everything out. She says that she was very scared when the FBI first started asking her about the videotape, and she's worried about what's going to happen once the videotape is released and how it's going to affect Bud, Mark and her two teenage boys.
