Summary

In Chapter 7, Kate saw a man towing a grand piano down the street and followed him to a park, where he began playing. In the park, she saw the woman she’d seen in the bodega on her first day: Inez. Inez mistook her for another woman named Kate whom she was meeting to sell Adderall. They discussed why Kate was so easily embarrassed and Inez suggested drugs could help. Inez added Kate on Facebook. Back at the apartment, Kate spoke with George on the phone while scrolling through Inez’s photos on Facebook.
