Chapter 13 and Chapter 14 Summary

In chapter thirteen, a spaceship lands on Lamuella. It is a planet where the beings hunt and feast. They love stories and they obsess over sandwich making. A year ago, Arthur crashed in the forest of Lamuella. The beings on Lamuella are scared of the spaceship that just lands. It opens and out comes Trillian Astra and her daughter, Random. Trillian is a beautiful human. Random is a plain girl. On Lamuella, there is an art to making sandwiches and the beings obsess over how to make the perfect sandwich. They hunt for the very best meat for the sandwiches. Arthur is on Lamuella. Trillian sees Arthur and tells him that Random is his daughter and it is time for him to take responsibility for her.
