Summary

In Chapter 17, the time after Benjamin’s crash is confusing for him. He remembers a nurse that he thinks looks like Demi Moore and a representative from the National Transportation Safety Board who asks him if he was suicidal. The following morning, Benjamin is more alert, remembering that someone killed Diana and is now trying to kill him. He tells the nurse he is leaving.
