The Card
The card that Anderton first picks up in the first section of the story, which has his name printed on it, represents the ability of the precogs to see the future. Though the system of computer machinery responsible for turning the precogs mutterings into usable data is complex, the author uses the concrete object of a printed card to simplify the future information into something more readily understandable.
The Detention Camp
The detention camp where would-be criminals are brought once Precrime apprehends them represents the consequences of Precrime being broken. If the existence of minority reports means that people have free will to change their futures and not commit the crimes they are predicted to commit, then being sent to the detention camp represents the extent of their wrongful imprisonment.
The Gun
The gun that Anderton uses to kill Kaplan represents a world before Precrime...
