Summary

The seventh section begins with Anderton and Lisa on the plane, escaping Precrime together. Anderton explains the contents of the minority report to Lisa. Together, they recognize the way that this minority report opens up the possibility of fundamental flaws in the Precrime system. The two argue, with Lisa believing that Anderton must turn himself in so that Precrime may continue, and Anderton believing that his own safety is more important than the system. Lisa pulls a pistol on Anderton, forcing him to turn the ship around toward Precrime. Fleming appears, having been hidden away in the storage compartment of the ship, and knocks the pistol out of Lisa’s hand. Fleming gives Anderton the pistol, reiterating to him that Lisa is the one responsible for framing him, and starts to choke her to death. Anderton hits Fleming with the butt...
