Section 10: Chapters 14 & 15 Summary

In Chapter 14, Catherine is bleeding and shaking as Lord Daryl shoves her to Nathaniel and tells him to get her out of here. Nathaniel is willing to help her because of how many people have wanted to do what she tried. Turquoise wakes, chained to a wall with Ravyn a few feet away. Jeshickah yells at Jaguar for buying hunters, telling him to deal with it or she will. Daryl demands they give him Catherine to deal with, but Jaguar refuses because she belongs to him. Jeshickah claims he has had long enough with the girls but agrees to give him another week to break Turquoise and insists he gives Ravyn to Gabriel. She warns, "I want her licking your boots, or I'll take her from you, train her myself, and have you slit her throat" (page 144). Jeshickah leaves, but the...
