Summary
In Chapter 30, the sheriff goes to talk to Fiji to find out whether she had cast a spell on Aubrey or had anyone else do so to expose Aubrey for what she really was because of something that they find in Aubrey’s belongings. During the conversation, Fiji admits, to herself, why she had not shared her suspicions about Aubrey with Bobo. Fiji would like to show off, but instead, denies casting a spell and the sheriff says that he almost believes her. He leaves and goes to the Antique Gallery and Nail Salon. After the Sheriff leaves town, members of the MOL come to town on their motorcycles. The town members prepare for trouble and Bobo calls the police. A squad car comes and the motorcycles leave.
