Chapter 2 Summary

In Chapter 2, a few days later, Naomi is released from the hospital. She only remembers her life up until sixth grade, but the doctors cannot find a medical reason for her amnesia. When Naomi arrives home with her father, she looks at herself in the mirror for the first time since she woke up in the ambulance. She also starts to go through her belongings in her room, in an attempt to remember her life over the past four years. Naomi finds two very interesting things in her room: a food diary and birth control pills. Naomi has a sudden urge to call her mom, but when she does, Chloe, her three-year-old half-sister answers the phone. After speaking to Chloe, who calls her Nobody, Naomi falls asleep for a week or two.
