Summary

Sydney just punched her roommate, Tori, in the face for sleeping with her boyfriend, Hunter. Her friend, Ridge, invites her up to his apartment, but she refuses. She has moved all of her belongings out of the apartment and waits for a cab to pick her up. She realizes that she left her purse in the apartment and has no way to pay for a cab, so she sits back on the sidewalk and cries. A girl, Bridgette, comes up to her and tells her that Ridge sent her to help. She brings Sydney to Ridge’s apartment. Bridgette tells Sydney that she has to go to work now, but she tells her Ridge is in his bedroom. Sydney tries to tell Ridge that she cannot stay in his apartment. She realizes that she has nowhere else to go, so she stays.
