Chapter 13: The Weekly Test Summary
It is time for Miss Trunchbull to take over Matilda's class for a lesson, and Lavender's newt is secretly waiting in the water jug. Before Miss Trunchbull takes a drink, however, she has some questions for the students. She begins by inspecting each of their hands to make sure that they are clean enough, and when she discovers a boy with dirty hands, she chooses to direct her first line of questioning at him. The boy's name is Nigel and he tries his best to answer correctly and politely, even volunteering information about things he has learned from Miss Honey.
