Summary

The Voice of Truth relays news from a number of locations and touching on a wide array of topics, from local repression of Marxist professors to the American and Soviet arms race. This news is then mixed with news from the protest at the factory, and the escaped prisoners.
In the marketplace, people debate this recent news. Again and again, Matigari appears before these gossiping groups, asking if they can tell him where a person could find truth and justice in the country.
