Chapter Six Summary
Chapter Six begins with more information about Portia. Apparently Heath called her and told her his new plan of having Annabelle sit in on the meetings. Portia arranged to surprise him on his plane trip to Tampa. Heath with his inner dialogue tells the reader that she is a female Heath. She does what it takes to win. She is very aggressive in business. While he understands her objection to Annabelle taking the meetings with her candidates, she is smart enough not to fight with Heath. She doesn't like it. Heath tells Portia that she doesn't have to worry. While Portia is a shark, Annabelle is a tadpole. Annabelle helps the women to relax and Heath can see their personality better when they are relaxed.
