Paintings

Tony Blackwell dreams of becoming an artist. Tony receives training at a respected Paris art school. When Tony has enough paintings, his girlfriend arranges a showing of his paintings. The show is attended by an art critic who writes a scathing review of the show and ends Tony's hopes of being an artist. Later, Tony learns his mother paid the critic for his bad review.

Van der Merwe's Store

Jamie McGregor goes to Van der Merwe's store to buy supplies for mining diamonds, but ends up signing a contract with Salomon Van der Merwe to find diamonds with him. When Van der Merwe cheats Jamie, Jamie schemes to get revenge on him.

Diamond Beach

Van der Merwe owns a beach in the Namib Desert where there are diamonds lying on the sand. Jamie goes to this beach and steals diamonds to fund a scheme to get revenge...
