Summary

Chapter 33, "Falafel Break? Yes, Thank You," opens as Heimdall drops the group back into Midgard near Amir’s family’s restaurant. Amir says he wants to make them food and Magnus understands that Amir is trying to do something familiar to cope with the supernatural things he experienced. Magnus, Alex, and Sam talk about Utgard-Loki who once dragged Magnus across the rooftops as an eagle. Sam says he has no relation to Loki and Magnus does not think the two are working together. Alex says they will have to face Loki themselves and mentions some kind of plan as Amir returns with food. He admits that he feels the whole world has changed, but that the gods are not the same as Allah. Sam says she has to talk to her grandparents about why she has been out so late and Alex says...
