Section 9: Chapter 16 & 17 Summary

In Chapter 16, Chris approaches Regan to ask if the guy who drops her off is her boyfriend, and after she laughingly tells him it is her brother, he asks her to the underground rave on Saturday night. Though she is scheduled to babysit, she promises to find someone to cover her, thinking it is crazy to go out with him because she cannot get too close. At home, Luna is waiting in her room to tell her that Teri Lynn is coming to town on Monday for a business conference so they are meeting for dinner.
