Summary

Beautiful tells Skinny that several of her family members have died 43 days apart, and it is approaching 43 days since she arrived at No. 232 Ost. She has a package of Zyklon B and gives another one to Skinny. The guards at the brothel prepare for Christmas and their return home. A solider shoots his dying horse, then fires on the wolves trying to attack the dead horse.

There is a train derailment outside No. 232 Ost, and the prostitutes are put to work as nurses. They are warned that anyone found looting will be shot.
