Summary
Marie is fired from her job at the Dream Café. Marlo sat down and told her she knew what she’d done. Tanya had told her not to ring up all of the drinks she’d had on her day off, and Marie hadn’t, but Marlo knew.
Marie is an organized server who can handle fifty to sixty covers over two hours during a busy lunch without messing up, dropping food or confusing orders. One of her tables, a young couple with a baby, owned the Smoothie King nearby, and somehow Marie loses track of the credit card they give her to pay the bill. They call her back to the table and she searches for it, but is unable to find it. Finally, Craig is forced to comp their bill. He tells Marie not to ring it through...
