Summary
Kevin tells Marie that it seemed like she was trying to sell Barrett drugs and as such he has to let her go. She thinks about the thirty Vicodin tablets she sold Barrett, left-overs from wisdom teeth she had removed. Kevin gives her a way out; asking her if she gave Barrett needed something for a headache, and Marie tells him that is what happened.
Marie gets into a routine of sorts. Their daughter sleeps in their room, and when he gets up to shower, Marie puts her in the bathroom where the running water lulls her back to sleep again. Once he leaves for work, Marie and the baby sleep until 7:30, but then hunger and discomfort makes her fussy to be changed and fed. She is a quiet and calm, happy baby. Marie loves what motherhood has done for her...
