Chapter Thirty-Three: Abby and Chapter Thirty-Four: Barbara Fox Summary

Abby can't see Justin's face from where she is sitting and isn't sure what his wish might be. She can hear Justin's voice rise, and then sees him pick up the ski pole and hit the cameraman in the arm, his camera falling and smashing on the ground. He uses the weapon on Barbara next, hitting her in the face. The next instant Justin has the ski pole against Eli's throat. Eli is calm as Abby approaches, begging Justin to let him go, but Justin is resolute. One of the PA's manages to sneak up behind Justin and grabs him by the hair and he is surprised enough to release Eli just long enough.
