Summary
In “Our Bedroom: A Square, Yellowy Paint,” Will describes his bedroom, which he shared with Shawn. The room has two beds, two dressers, a TV, Shawn’s posters, and an anagram that Will wrote on his wall that says, “SCARE = CARES.” In “Anagram,” Will explains that an anagram is when you rearrange the letters in a word to make a new word. Will feels that these words are still related and compares the link to brothers. In “The Middle Drawer,” Will notes that the only out of place thing on Shawn’s side of the room was his middle drawer, which was jammed. In “I Won’t Pretend that Shawn,” Will admits that Shawn became rebellious after turning 18 years old.
