When the fifth day arrived, the doorbell rings and the entire family automatically reacts. Andy hurries to have a pee so he is ready to flee, Lucy prepared to dial 911 and Annie got the car keys off the pegboard. Lorrie goes to the door with Jimmy, kissing him before he opens it and telling him it's probably just the paper boy collecting, but Jimmy's hand goes to the holstered gun under his jacket anyway. At the door, a ten year old boy that is dressed like an Elvis impersonator is standing with a wrapped box. After confirming who Jimmy is, he tries to hand him the box and at first Jimmy refuses it, but the boy is insistent and determined to deliver it or face the wrath of the sender waiting in the car.
