Part Four: Chapters 41 - 45 Summary

Only three things survive the fire that Konrad Beezo set at Jimmy and Lorrie's house. An ornament, a cameo pendant and the circus pass with the five terrible dates written on it. Jimmy, Lorrie and Annie stay with his parents for a month and when the house next door comes up for sale, they see it as an omen. They make a good offer which is accepted. Their family is not one to live under the shadow of fear and though cautious, their lives bloom.
