Summary

Edythe is still in Beau’s bedroom when he wakes up in “Chapter 15: The Cullens.” Charlie is gone on a fishing trip. Beau has some breakfast. Edythe suggests that he meet her family. They drive over to the Cullens’ home. Carine and Earnest are thrilled to meet Beau. So are Jessamine and Archie. Royal and Eleanor, however, are nowhere to be found. Edythe plays her own composition on the piano for Beau. She tells him that Carine’s father was a vampire hunter. A vampire turned her one night as revenge against her father.
