Summary

In “Chapter 1: First Sight,” Beau moves from Phoenix, Arizona where he lives with his mother Renee to Forks, Washington to live with his father Charlie. Beau is to spend the final 18 months of high school there. Charlie is thrilled about the move and has an old truck waiting for Beau as a welcoming gift. Beau starts school the next day. A girl named Erica shows him around and introduces him to her friends at lunch. Beau spots a beautiful group of teenagers sitting together in the cafeteria: the Cullens. They are the foster kids of Dr. Cullen. Some of them are dating. Royal and Eleanor are together as well as Archie and Jessamine. The remaining Cullen is Edythe.
