Dennis Ouyang

Dennis Ouyang was only an eight-year-old boy when he became enchanted with video games. His parents were strict and didn't give him any money to play at the arcade. But that didn't stop him from worshiping PAC-MAN and Super Mario Brothers. Although he was grief-stricken, the first thing Dennis did after his father died was to purchase a video game system.

Dennis was so obsessed with video games that he was suspended from college in his junior year. In college, "angels" came to see him and revealed to him that it was his destiny to be a doctor. The angels represented the hopes, wishes, broken promises of his father who had failed to become a doctor like his father wanted him to do. Dennis was plagued by these angels who constantly berated him to study more and have more "endurance."
