Monday Summary
Alicia arrives at the dark bar where Jack has agreed to meet her and hesitates, afraid to go inside, but she overcomes her fear and finds Jack at the back of the room. Over drinks, Alicia tells her story to Jack. Alicia's father, Ronald Clayton, died in a plane crash some months ago. Alicia learns soon after that she was named his sole heir. Alicia, at first, wanted nothing to do with her father's estate because she and her father were estranged, and she wants nothing to do with him. However, Alicia changed her mind soon after and decided that she would sell the house and use the proceeds to help the Center. At that point, Alicia was contacted by her half-brother, Thomas, who offered to buy the house from her for three million dollars. Alicia turned him down.
