Summary

In Chapter 33, Amanda and Clay woke hungover from drinking the night before. Archie felt better, but also strange. He ran his tongue over his teeth and one fell out. Shocked, he reached in to touch another tooth and it also fell out, followed by three more. Clay and Amanda panicked. Amanda screamed at Clay about making sure the bathtubs were full of water.

In Chapter 34, Clay told the Washingtons what happened and G.H. suggested taking Archie to the hospital. Clay finally admitted he got lost trying to make it into town. G.H. offered to take them to the hospital but Ruth insisted he stay with her. He began drawing them a map instead. Suddenly, they all realized that Rose was missing.

In Chapter 35, the adults split up and searched the house for Rose but she was nowhere to be found. Archie...
