The roots of leadership are traced back to the Paleolithic Age when modern man first emerged. Yes, there were alpha men even among cave dwellers. This book explores the types of leadership from which the most benefit is derived. Honest, integrity and consistency are words associated with a good leader. A good leader evokes trust from those on his team. Coordination and working together is borne of this trust.
