Chapters 14-16 Summary

Leia is dreaming about Luke and Mara confronting a crazy hooded figure, whose hands flow with lightning when battle alert alarms wail. She entrusts the twins to Winter and heads to the war room. Leia is certain that Luke would be able to detect a Dark Jedi from space and have the sense to abort the mission. The hallways are in chaos as she descends to the level where military operations are located, with the most important officers in the center. The master tactical display shows a massive attack and interdictor cruisers using gravity cones to prevent traffic to or from Coruscant.
