Billie Webster

Billie is recruited by Richard Halliday to be a member of Project Sphinx. She is in jail when she met him, having beat up a police officer who pistol whipped a girl. She agrees to join the Museum based on Richard's promise that she will be trained and will serve justice where the justice system fails. She is the last of the Sphinxes to come up with a specialty. She becomes the expert in hand-to-hand combat. She also has a tendency to take control when they encounter problems. Like all the women, she admires Constance Halliday and holds onto Constance's ideals long after Constance is gone.

Billie is strong and determined. She is often pushy, but she is also devoted to the other four members of Project Sphinx. She is the first to identify the threat against them. Though the are facing danger, Billie will do anything...
