Once Upon a Mattress

The play within the play is Once Upon a Mattress is symbolic of Roswell High School. The students of Roswell High School, like the kingdom in Once Upon a Mattress, are experience a “curse” that needs to be lifted. The curse is the fact that the students of the different cliques stereotype and judge the students of the other clique. As in the play, the clique is lifted once a match is made between two students in different cliques.
