Summary

Chapter 6 is written from Josh’s perspective. He returns home early and surprises Hazel. He tells her that Tabby has been dating another man and moved to Los Angeles to be closer to him. Hazel makes a burnt breakfast for the two of them the next morning. Josh eats it because he does not want to hurt her feelings. She tells him that Emily knows he is back, but that is all. Afterwards, he plays miniature golf with Hazel and her mother. During the outing he observes Hazel and her mother together. When they finish, he realizes that he has not thought about Tabby. They leave and Hazel tells him that she has felt stupid in relationships as well. However, she is not going to change just to be the type of person guys want to date. She says that she is enough...
