Megan and Jillian work as administrative assistants in a gastroenterology office. Megan dislikes the job, but she feels unmotivated to look for a different one. She was referred to the job by her doctor, who suggested that working might improve Megan’s mental health. Jillian appears to generally enjoy her job, although Megan and Jillian both often interact with rude patients. Additionally, Megan and Jillian are both increasingly irritated by each other.
