July Summary and Analysis

No entries are produced for the next three weeks. On July 5th, Nancy reports that she has been very busy, happy, and tired. The gaggle is always together. Lew and Nancy get mad because they do not have more time alone, although Nancy is happy because two girls at school have gotten pregnant. Lew and Nancy have come close to having sex but then they promise each other that they will wait at least until they are seventeen. Nancy quits the band because she is so tired.

Two weeks later Nancy has a nagging feeling that she has a serious disease because the medicine is not helping and she has little stress. On the 21st, Nancy goes with her friends to the water slides but is too tired to join them. On the 25th, Nancy's mother takes her to the doctor...
