Chapter 3: A Convenient Sprain and Chapter 4: Men And Their Toys Summary
Grace celebrates her fifteenth birthday, catches up on assignments and studies for finals. Trent Ralston (the boy Autumn had a crush on) asks if they can study together, and eager to get started, he suggests that evening. Grace gives him her address and leaves his name at the gate. When he is more then twenty minutes late, Grace's mother asks if he is coming, and Grace shrugs, telling her she plans to study regardless. Her mother leaves to visit someone and Grace studies until the phone rings.
