Chapters 4 and 5 Summary

Zahi, a boy that just moved from France a few weeks before, meets Serena at her locker. He says he's been trying to get her to invite him to her house all week. Serena invites him over. When her friends meet up with Serena, they say she's glowing because of Zahi. They start talking about how to kiss when Morgan walks up and overhears. Morgan asks if Serena will be home this afternoon. When she walks away, the girls talk about how Morgan tried to steal Michael away from Vanessa.

After school, Serena is baking cookies for Zahi's visit. Her friends are over too. When the doorbell rings, Serena finds Morgan there asking for Serena to read her tarot cards for her. Serena reads Morgan's thoughts about how much she likes Collin. She also discovers how jealous Morgan is of her...
