Part 2 continues, neatly divided into chapters. Readers should note that in an earlier speech Hitler warns the most prominent Jews of Europe that he will blame them if there is a second World War. He also tells the people publicly that if "they did that" then he will wipe out Jews throughout Europe in direct retribution for what the wealthiest and most powerful European Jews have done.
