Summary

Chapter 34 is titled “I Got You, Babe.” After X’s comments about the limited time we have with friends, Evie decides to meet her friends for brunch. Martin tells Evie to meet them at Cassidy’s house. Evie apologizes to her friends and her friends explain that they miss who Evie was before her parents got divorced.

Chapter 35 is titled “Bachata Monday.” X is pleased that Evie made up with her friends. Fifi puts X and Evie on “a grueling practice schedule” (177).

Chapter 36 is titled “Salsa Tuesday.” It is a text conversation between X and Evie about Fifi's toughness. X also tells Evie that he is reading Cupcake and Kisses and teases Evie about the book.
