Summary

In Chapter 28, Esther, Beth, Color, Jesus, and Moss run the sale in Heaven on New Year's Eve. Afterwards, they drive to Mexico in Beth's car. When they reach the border, they stand near the fence and try to decide what to do. Finally they jump over and stand in Mexico. Esther and Moss stay the longest. Taking Moss's hand Esther wonders if Amit would mind that she is moving on. Back in town, they go to the church and climb up Touchdown Jesus. Lying in the palm of his hand, Esther and Moss kiss.

In Chapter 29, Esther helps her friends paint the walls of the Blockbuster. They cover everything they wrote including Beth's cross necklace she tacked to the wall.

In Chapter 30, Esther and Moss kiss in Moss's room. They talk about places they want to travel. Kissing again, Esther moves rapidly but...
