Summary

In Chapter 32, Dannie goes to Bella, who tells her she is scared of leaving Dannie. Dannie thinks back to her brother’s death. Bella shows Dannie her engagement ring, saying Aaron proposed to her and said Bella was his soulmate. She says they will marry when she is better. Bella says Dannie deserves to feel this kind of deep love too. Bella does not believe Dannie feels it with David, as Bella has never seen it and Dannie postponed their wedding for so long. Bella says Dannie is wrong for thinking that she is incapable true love. Dannie disagrees, but Bella says their love is proof she is capable.

In Chapter 33, Bella begins more intense chemotherapy. Aldridge tells Dannie that the clients no longer want to sell. However, they want Wachtell as their in-house counsel with Dannie heading the team. Aldridge compliments her...
