Chapter 19-24, Conner to Vanessa Summary

In Chapter 19, Conner goes to see Dr. Boston again. She is wearing a suede outfit that shows off her figure. She tells Conner that when she was his age, she also had sex with a teacher.

In Chapter 20, Tony heads down the hall to see his father, but runs into Vanessa first, who is crying. She confesses seeing her family makes her want to curl up in a little ball. Tony then sees his father for the first time in eight years. He refuses to hug his father. They meet with Dr. Bellows. Tony's father apologizes for not being around. Tony thinks about how he needs to get out and get release.
