Summary

Kyuri narrates the tenth chapter. She sees one man more than all the others at work: Bruce. When she learns that he is getting engaged at a restaurant at the Reign Hotel, she is surprised. He stops coming into the salon, and he stops responding to her texts. Without thinking about why she is doing it, she asks Sujin to come with her to dinner at the Reign Hotel on the night Bruce is getting engaged and introducing his parents to his fiancé’s parents. When Bruce sees her, he is shocked and then angry. Kyuri goes through the whole dinner as if she is in a dream, slowly realizing that she liked him more than she thought she did, which surprises her, because she thought she was immune to such silly feelings.
