Section 4: Chapter 7 & 8 Summary

In Chapter 7, Cammie drops the bottle in shock, but the boy retrieves it for her, teasing her for picking through the trash. The boy deduces she is new in town since he has never seen her, and Cammie wants to explain she is the girl that no one sees, except he saw her. Lying that she is homeschooled and refusing his offer to escort her home, Cammie rushes away after telling him her real name and learning his name is Josh. Reaching the school, Cammie feels certain she does not want to be near Mr. Solomon right now, but as she goes toward her bedroom, Mr. Mosckowitz intercepts her because she needs to go to the Covert Ops classroom for a debriefing.
