Viktor is waiting for a go code from Colonel General Chenko of FSB and has meanwhile completed the diagnostics of Polaris. His watch allowed him to communicate with the array no matter where in the world he was. Finally a message arrives with confirmation. Their primary objective is to collect data and materials, and their secondary objective is to 'clean' the site. The message also confirms black operations by Delta team and both sides seem to agree that a private war is about to be fought. He presses the silver button on the watch, holding it to activate Polaris. Now there is no turning back. The lights of the array are lit on his watch and there is no fail safe.
