Charlotte has accessed her grades online and is in shock. Even Beverly notices that something is wrong. Charlotte's grades are B, B-, C-, and D. She knows that she should call her mother to tell her about her grades before she receives them in the mail. In the midst of her thoughts, Adam calls desperate for her help. He begs her to come to his apartment. She is worried about her grades, but knows that she cannot say no to Adam after everything he has done for her.
