Chapter 24 "To ... Us" Summary

A room has been reserved at the hotel for the formal and has been decorated in Saint Ray colors and banners. Once inside, Charlotte accepts another drink, amazed at how attentive everyone is being to her. She thinks it is because she looks so good. Charlotte drinks quickly and accepts another, then notices Julian flirting with a girl that is not his date. Charlotte becomes drunk very fast and although everyone else at the party is getting drunk as well, she is drunk before everyone else and they notice it. They go to dinner.
