Chapter 15 "The Tailgaters" Summary

Archer Miles is an alumnus of Dupont and he has brought his family early to a football game because he wants his boys to experience a tailgate party. He reminisces about what Dupont was like but the actual party is nothing like he remembers. Students are drunk and act inappropriately.

Charlotte has convinced Bettina and Mimi to come with her to the tailgate party. She is looking for Harrison, who invited her. Bettina and Mimi are reluctant; each vehicle seems to be having a private party and it smells like urine. They come across the truck that Harrison is in and he invites her up into the bed of the truck.
