Summary
They arrive at a roadside tavern. Several of the trucks parked out front have recently killed deer strapped to the top. Frank and Tub leave Kenny in the bed of the truck, covered him with blankets for warmth. Frank and Tub go into the bar to warm up. The bar patrons appear to mostly be hunters. Frank orders a cup of coffee and apologizes to Tub for not being a more attentive friend. Frank says that he has had a lot on his mind lately, although he admits that that does not excuse his behavior. Frank then confides that he thinks that he may soon leave his wife, Nancy.
