Summary

In Chapter 3, Georgina and Toby scouted for a dog to steal. Georgina thought she maybe should have asked Luanne to help, but she did not want to risk Luanne’s mother finding out about the plan. She already felt like Luanne’s mother didn’t like her because she rarely allowed Luanne to visit Georgina at her old apartment.

Georgina petted a scruffy dog on the street. Since the dog was scrawny and dirty, she knew no one cared enough to offer a reward for it. Another dog she spotted barked too much.
